6. Subscription & Billing Terms
If you purchase a subscription:
You authorize recurring billing according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, or otherwise stated).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel through your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. ARCTURIAN NETWORK is not responsible for payment processing errors, declines, or third-party service interruptions.
ARCTURIAN NETWORK reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription structures, benefits, or features at its sole discretion.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all payments for subscriptions, digital products, and access to the Platform are non-refundable.
Access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are not provided.
8. Intellectual Property

Platform design and layout
is the exclusive property of ARCTURIAN NETWORK or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. User Conduct

ARCTURIAN NETWORK does not independently verify all statements made by contributors and makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party content.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARCTURIAN NETWORK, its owners, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising out of or related to:
Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
Your reliance on any content made available through the Platform;
Any decisions made based on Platform content;
Interruption, suspension, or termination of access;
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content;

Unauthorized access to or use of the Platform.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if ARCTURIAN NETWORK has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARCTURIAN NETWORK’s total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, to ARCTURIAN NETWORK during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid any fees to ARCTURIAN NETWORK, ARCTURIAN NETWORK shall have no liability to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARCTURIAN NETWORK, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
Your use of the Platform;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your reliance on Platform content;
Your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

ARCTURIAN NETWORK shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet failures, hosting outages, cyber incidents, or payment processor interruptions.
17. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:
Your contact information;
Identification of the copyrighted work;
The location of the allegedly infringing material;
A statement of good faith belief;
A statement that the information provided is accurate.
